What We do

Our services touch virtually every aspect of government sponsored health care, such as Medicaid, Medicare, and the Children’s Health Insurance Program. We offer strategic consulting services to address issues impacting the complexities of the care required by program beneficiaries, integrating physical medicine with behavioral health treatment pathways. We develop programs and solutions that include programmatic options, quality improvement strategies, implementation assistance, payment strategies, performance measurement and monitoring, and evaluation while addressing social determinants of health and the holistic needs of the patient populations. We develop state reimbursement systems to meet their programmatic goals, which involves identifying strengths and weaknesses of potential reimbursement systems, preparing fiscal impact modeling and drafting state Medicaid plan amendments and Section 1115 waivers. We also prepare Medicaid budget analyses, perform data management, and work with state Medicaid policy makers, legislators, providers and CMS representatives to support program decisions.

Improving quality, outcomes, and patient experiences requires a fresh new perspective - a new way of thinking in an environment that has been traditionally under-funded and heavily utilized. We are proudly supporting our clients through the most significant period of change in the last 30 years.

Team Consulting places great emphasis on HIT and developing comprehensive databases containing rich sources of information in order to perform complex statistical analyses addressing health care cost, utilization and payment strategies for program decision makers.
